    1 cup

    3 to 4 large pieces

    Green Onions,

    ½ cup

    Corn kernels,

    1 cup

    Chopped carrots,

    ½ cup

    Butter,

    4 tablespoons

    Chopped celery,

    Cubed cooked ham,

    1 ½ cups

    Chopped red bell pepper,

    ½ piece

    Broccoli flowerets,

    1 cup

  1. 1.      

    Grab a pan, and then put about 6 to 8 cups of water. Leave it till boiling.

    While waiting for water to boiling, peel the potatoes. You can add more potatoes if you want. But, in this recipe, I used 3 to 4 large potatoes. And then, chopped these potatoes with sprinkle of salt.

    When the water has to boiled, put Bear Creek Potato Soup Mix. Read the directions to mix this soup.

    Put the other ingredients, such as a little garlic, green onions and parsley.

    Put the chopped potatoes and 1 ½ cups chopped ham into the pot.

    And then, put the other veggies, such as broccoli flowerets, red bell pepper, celery, carrots and corn. Don’t forget to put ½ stick of butter.

    Allow the mixture to medium heat and let it simmer for about 30 to 40 minutes.

    For the finish, grab 2 inches of Velveeta cheese in cubes. And then, put it into the mixture. Let this cheese until perfectly melt.
