If we pick to only eat the chicken breast that contains low fat we could limit the number of fat that we consume. The only way of processing the chicken is by not adding and oil and do not fried the chicken at all. Instead we should boil, steam, or grill the chicken so we could eat it in more fat free ways.

When we do the chicken and rice diet we will most likely hungry from time to time, when that thing happen we could only consume food that has no fat at all such as vegetable and fruit. But remember that we should be careful of the way we process it so we would not get any addition fat from the process. The best way is to eat it raw as salad or juice with no sugar or any unhealthy dressing. And remember to drink a lot of water to keep us full most of the time.
