Body Weight Leg Exercises to Have Slim Leg
When we have nice and slim body shape, we want all part of our body to be as nice. But one part that may be hard and sometimes we do not pay attentions to is the leg part. Actually to train our leg is very important because we need to make the cellulite that usually appear in our leg to go away. And it would be great if we also have slimmer leg so we could wear our pants easier. One way to slimming our leg is by doing some body weight leg exercises.
The body weight leg exercises to have slim leg could be done with the proper equipment. But remember that we should also do it in the right way so we would not get any sprained muscle.
- Squat body weight leg exercises to have slim leg
To make the exercises more effective we need a pair of dumbbells. Hold the dumbbells in each of your arm up to lined with your shoulder and let your dumbbell to be in line with your ear. Spread your leg so it as far as your shoulder, but make sure that you are comfortable with the width. This is our starting position, after you are ready do a squat as far as you could manage, but do not bend your back just keep them straight. And make sure that you had your head up as you descend lower. Then come back to our starting position before repeat the whole process again.

To do this exercise we still need the dumbbells. Hold one in each arm but this time let our hands lose free in its normal position beside the hips. Spread your leg as wide as the shoulder to have our starting position. After you are ready lift your heels from the ground and hold it up for a minute or as long as you could take it, then we could lower our heels again. Repeat this exercise a few more time to feels the effect to our thigh muscle.

This exercise is a very good exercise that not only trains our leg but also makes our body slimmer. The idea is to use our own body weight as our exercise load. As the name amplifies we will need a jump rope to do this exercise. To do the exercise we need to keep our leg close or just stand the way you comfortable with then jump with the rope around your body and through your leg. Keep skipping for twenty minute to feels the effect. This jump rope exercise might be difficult for people that have not done it before so we need to train our self before we could perfectly jump the rope. There are also people that jump the rope one leg after another and not just all at once. You could try this method that would be easier for a starter. But the idea is just to keep on training until you have used to it so you would be able to jump properly in a longer time.
