Amish live in many part of America. Amish it self is a community of people that live their lives in a traditional ways like people do hundred of years ago. They do not use any technology at all and refuse to consume anything that comes from technology. That is why they use their own traditional way to produce their own food by farming without and tractor or other modern technology that we know. Because of the way they produce their own food, they live a healthy live and that become this Amish diet that we will follow.
