Beside the protein, the male fitness models also need some fiber to increase their metabolism. The fiber that we eat should be from vegetables and fruits. The vegetable that we eat should have dark green color such as spinach, lettuce, kale, etc. While the fruit that we could consume is one that do not have high sugar in it such as apple and any other low sugar fruits. Do not eat any pickles and dried fruit because they contains a lot of sugar. We could also eat some oatmeal as our source of fiber.

As we all know, exercise will make our body take out a lot of sweats. We need to be careful so we would not be dehydrated by it. That is why we need to also consume a lot of water as our source of liquid in our male fitness model diet. We should not drink any soda while and after we do our routine exercise because they contains a lot of sugar in it, even the diet coke should not do because the soda itself will be very dangerous for our heart. Instead we need to drink a lot of water every now and then.
