Actually when we do our exercise we could do it with something extra. Instead just doing our routine exercise we could also use some weighted walking vest so we could get our exercise more effective than the usual.
The weighted walking vest is just like ordinary vest but with some extra pockets in it. Those pockets are used to keep some weight that we could add and remove any time we want. We could get the weighted walking vest in many exercises equipment store.

Be careful of not using the weight that you could not handle because we could get some injuries in our joint area. That is why it is better to add the weight little by little until we are accustom to the weight and not use a lot of weight at once just because we think that it could make our own weight lower faster.
Another benefit that we could get from the weighted walking vest is that it is very useful for people that have osteoporosis. The weight that the weighted walking vest has will increased the intensity of our training no matter how light the train is. That is why people with osteoporosis would be able to train light exercises and get high result from it if they wear the weighted walking vest when they train. These benefits could also be useful for people that do not have osteoporosis because we could our risk of having osteoporosis.
Because we could add more weight to our body by using the weighted walking vest we do not need to change our exercises routine to get higher impact from our training. This way we could keep doing our old exercises with new and higher impact that we get when we add some weight to the weighted walking vest.
When we used to the weighted walking vest our muscle will fell like they used the weighted walking vest even if we actually not using it. This will increased our power, endurance, strength, and our calories consumptions that will make our metabolism run faster.
