The vegetable and fruit that we consume may not hold us full for long time so it is all right if we consume five serving of vegetable and fruit everyday. Remember to not consume it with high calories dressing such as mayonnaise and cheese, instead use olive oils and lemon juice as its dressing so we would not eat any additional calories. It is best to consume steam food if we really want to eat meat but do not fried it because the oil will only add the calories more.
