Victoria’s secret models Candice Swanepoel, earlier this week, a few days before the Victoria’s Secret 2012 Fashion Show, caused a bit of a controversy showing off her boney hips in an instagram picture. It is not the first time she makes controversy things, she has ever denied claims the anorexia rumors which have been rumored in the past.
Instantly, the 6-year veteran Angel has been defended by her fans against critics who said she was promoting “starving” herself before the big show. If there is a girl who is about to strut her stuff in front of the entire world in her skirt, it would be Candice Swanepoel. Having just shot a fitness video, with the training these models have to do for the runway wearing heavy wings although the pressure to look good in front of the camera does suppress her appetite. And they do when they need to eat, but they just eat clean to do Victoria’s secret models diet.

Her quick slim down to organic fruits and vegetables as well as a ton of salmon is credited by herself. “You would not believe it; I ate so much salmon for the last two months. Literally, I ate so much of it; I cannot see salmon for like eight months. I tried to eat really clean foods before the show; I was eating overtime to keep with breast feeding because I just had a baby.” Said Lily.

However, I have always been a fan of the Angels, when it comes to the modeling industry, I do thing their bodies are the healthiest ever.
To be honest, Erin Heatherton might be my new favorite Angel. Erin enjoys interval training with strength mixed in; she works out with a trainer 4 times a week. She said her diet incorporates veggies, granola, protein and nuts and she also said her healthy snack is fruit as Victoria’s secret models diet.
