We could get rid of the toxic inside our body by consuming orange. To be easy to consume we could make the orange into a juice, but try not to use pre made orange juice that available in the supermarket because it will contain a lot of added sugar that will ruin our diet and our purpose for losing our weight, instead make our own orange juice at home. Put some orange in a blender and crush it to make a juice, we could also add some ice if we like to. If we want to make the taste less bitter we could peal the skin of the orange first but it is best to keep it because the skin contains a lot of vitamin.

The other way of cleansing our body is of course by consuming some vegetable. We could also make the vegetable to be a vegetable juice if we want, or we may take it as a salad with healthy dressing. But remember that the best way of eating vegetable for cleanse is by eating it raw, but if we really do not like to eat it raw, then we could also make some soup from it.
